About the event
This free event is a chance to get to know us and the school and see if training is right for you. If you have ever been curious about studying yoga or becoming a yoga teacher, this is the perfect opportunity for you to get a taste of what yoga training is like. This event is a special preview for the Wisdom of the Heart 200-hour yoga teacher training hosted by Blue Heart Studio in 2025 in partnership with Elevate Wellness Institute. The session will start with an educational yoga practice to show you what learning in a yoga training is like. Following the practice, you can learn more about our upcoming 200-hour yoga teacher training, ask any questions you might have, and sign up for training if you're ready.
